MICHAEL ANDREWS, MBA
Mr. Andrews has more than 25 years of leadership experience in emergency planning, continuity of operations/disaster planning, operational readiness, organizational improvement, product research and development and higher education.  He has extensive experience in analyzing, developing and implementing business strategies that increase the ability of an organization to respond to various business situations in a robust environment.   

He has been involved with domestic and national security GSA Office of Emergency Management programs for over ten years through the National Defense Executive Reserve (NDER) program.  He is also a member of the Association of Contingency Planners.

Mike was responsible for developing and implementing the Continuity of Operations (COOP) program offered by the GSA to the Executive Branch.  The COOP materials have been used by over than 40 Executive Branch agencies including: FEMA, the Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget, the IRS, the Social Security Administration, the Departments of Commerce, Education, Energy, Justice and Transportation. 

In addition, Mike was the primary resource in the development of the Senate Emergency Preparedness.

Mike holds a national security clearance level of TOP SECRET. 

He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology.
